Activities
  • The International Committee meeting is held each year during the American Academy of Dermatology meeting. National (or lager geographical regions) societies, organizations or clubs of dermatopathologists are invited to nominate a representative for membership to the Committee.

  • ICDP provides an opportunity to monitor and discuss problems arising in individual countries in regards to the practice of dermatopathology and its recognition as a subspecialty.

  • ICDP, through its national societies, aims to identify available training posts and encourage development of these as well as international exchange of training opportunities.

  • ICDP has focused on the training requirements needed in dermatopathology, has established an International Examination and a process for International Certification.
